Let’s meet for coffee! Virtually or face-to-face, I am happy to set up a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your administrative challenges and how I can assist you. After your consultation, you will receive an engagement letter outlining the agreement between you and Paladin Virtual Services that includes the project or scope of work, fee estimates, and payment terms as well as obligations and expectations of both parties.

I send monthly invoices on the 15th, for retainer services; and on the 1st, for project services. All payments are due within15 days of invoice.

Virtual Services Projects

Sometimes it’s easier to set a fixed price for a particular task such as event co-ordination. In our virtual or face-to-face meeting, we can discuss the full scope of the project you have in mind – just the facts. A quote will be given based on the initial scope of the project but will be subject to revision if the perimeters of the project later change. A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of a project.

Monthly Retainers

If you know you’d like a set amount of hours each month then a retainer is the perfect choice. You don’t have to worry about spiraling costs and extra hours can be added if needed. The retainer is paid in advance to retain my time for the month. This payment enables you to access my services for a set amount of monthly hours. Hours outside the monthly retainer will be billed on a per hour basis. Unused hours do not rollover to the next month. I offer the following retainer packages.
